A friend recently visited Portsmouth and stayed at the Port Solent marina.

He looked at Gunwharf quay, which is the one by the Spinnaker tower. It is an amazing location but very limited space, so best enquire first.

He emailed the Port Solent marina and received back an email with the name of his boat, berth, “side to” for mooring, WiFi and electric information. Very efficient.

In 2025, visitor berthing for a 12.6 to 16m vessel was £4.85 per meter, per night. So a 15m vessel would be £72.75 a night. A comparison is that Southern Brittany would be around Euro 44 a night.
